Close to shops and Montmeló We are just 5 km from the Circuito de Barcelona-Catalunya, home to the world's finest motorsport championships, which you can explore in depth during your visit — from the control tower to the pit lane and the podium. 10 km from the hotel is La Roca Village, the luxury shopping centre, the perfect destination for fashion tourism enthusiasts. Declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 1978, this park covers more than 30,000 hectares of natural land where you can enjoy a wealth of activities, from hiking to horse riding. Slightly closer, at 8 km, is the Parc Natural els Gallecs, one of the most significant green spaces in Vallès Oriental. CONDITIONS: 1.- USE OF MEETING/EVENT ROOMS: - Access to the room is permitted 30 minutes before the contracted time for the meeting/event. - Should the agreed departure time of the meeting/event need to be extended, please consult hotel staff regarding the possibility. If this is feasible, additional charges may apply. - IMPORTANT: Please consult hotel staff regarding the use of converters and/or adapters. Any damage resulting from failure to follow this instruction and the improper use of such devices shall be the client's responsibility. CATERING SERVICE: - Both the choice of dishes and any menu modifications for allergies and/or intolerances and alternative diets (vegetarian/vegan, etc.), as well as the final confirmation of the number of guests, must be made at least 4 working days before the event. - Should the number of guests increase with less than 4 days' notice, the restaurant cannot guarantee that the menu will be the same for the additional guests. The right is reserved to provide a menu/product similar to that chosen by the client. CATERING: the number of guests may be reduced up to 5 working days before the event (Monday to Friday); if this is done after that point or upon arrival, the full amount for the reserved menus must be paid. 3.- RULES FOR USE OF THE FACILITIES The following are expressly prohibited: 1. The subletting or transfer of this contract without the express written authorisation of the hotel. 2. The organisation or holding of any event other than that agreed with the hotel. 3. The storage or use of any flammable or hazardous substance, including any combustible material, fireworks, etc. 4. The use of any element of the venue for a purpose other than that for which it is intended. 5. Using any area belonging to the hotel to extend the celebration of an event in a manner that may cause inconvenience to other guests. 6. Exceeding the maximum capacity of the venue. 7. The capture of images, sounds, or any other information of persons not involved in the organised event. When images, sounds or information of persons involved in the event are captured, it shall be the client's responsibility to obtain the necessary consent. 8. Should it be necessary, during the course of the event, to connect devices to the hotel's system, please note that: a) Internet browsing is not restricted, but the client shall be solely responsible for their use of it. b) The use of the network to attack the hotel's system or other systems through the introduction of malicious software, viruses, trojans or other such tools is prohibited. c) For security reasons, all those accessing the network must be identified and authenticated; therefore, if requested, a temporary username and password valid for the duration of the event/group stay will be provided. 4.- LIABILITY The Client undertakes to return the facilities and their annexes to the Hotel in the same condition in which they were received, and shall be liable for any damage caused or that may be caused to users or to the facilities during the course of the event. The Client, as the person responsible for organising the event, must ensure that the hotel's coexistence rules are respected and that appropriate conduct is maintained, in compliance with current legislation and regulations. Only the use of the venue for the agreed activity is authorised. The Hotel accepts no responsibility for the loss of items of material value by the client (or their guests) within the premises or the car park, including theft/robbery.
